Happy New Year, MRC Family and Friends!
If you’ve been following us on Facebook, you can tell that everyone here at MRC is pretty excited about our 3rd Annual Benefit Dinner, which will be held on February 22nd in Staten Island. The Planning Committee has been hard at work to make sure it will be a night to remember- there will be raffles and a performance from special guests, gourmet food and drinks, an interactive giving experience and, most importantly, we’ll recap our work over the past year and share our plans for the future. Help us continue providing the legal and educational services necessary for our low-income and immigrant community members to thrive here in the U.S. in 2019 and beyond. Read on to learn more about MRC’s biggest event of the year!
Q: When and where is the dinner?
A. The dinner will be held at Li Greci’s Staaten, located at 697 Forest Ave, Staten Island NY. The event begins at 6:30pm on February 22nd.
Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased through our website here.
Q: What is the attire?
A. Business casual.
Q: Count me in! How can I tell family and friends about the Benefit Dinner?
A: Great- we can’t wait to see you there! We’ve created an event on Facebook that makes it easy to confirm your attendance and share the information with your social network. Take a look here!
Q: I am unable to attend the Benefit Dinner- is there some other way I can support MRC?
A: Of course! If you or anyone you know is interested in sponsoring the event, please reach out to Frederik Stefani at [email protected]. We have varying levels of sponsorship and will feature your company’s name and logo at the event. There will also be a text-to-donate feature that will go live the week of the event (we’ll be sure to send you details), or you can simply donate at www.migrationusa.org/donate. Every bit of support counts!
