What Beneficiaries Need to Do
- Re-Register: Current TPS beneficiaries must re-register during the specified window to maintain their status and work authorization.
- File for EAD Renewal: While many EADs are automatically extended, beneficiaries who need updated documentation should file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
- Check Your Status: You do not need to reapply if you have a pending TPS or EAD application as of January 17, 2025. DHS will process these applications under the new extension.
