The Artist Visa (O-1) is a nonimmigrant visa for individuals with certain abilities or achievements who want to move temporarily to the USA. Many dream of coming to this country for new opportunities, reuniting with family or friends, unique experiences. Some may want to visit for a time while others want to move and legally live in the US. There are many types of visas to enable these things to happen.
